The Salado Area Republican Women are busy planning the annual Fine China Luncheon and Fundraiser at Tenroc Ranch Blue Heron Room. The keynote speaker is Texas First Lady, Cecilia Abbott.
Cecilia has devoted her professional life to helping others and has done the same in her personal life. She serves on the board of several educational organizations and is a member of numerous philanthropic organizations.
Cecilia believes strongly in giving back to our communities, and recently launched her Texanthropy Initiative to promote volunteerism and service to others as her primary focus as First Lady of Texas.
Dave Hermann of The Rangeat the Barton House Restaurant will furnish the meal.
Proceeds from the fundraiser go toward funding civic, educational, and military projects,as well as political campaigns.
