San Gabriel Park, catch a fish and win a prize! This family-friendly derby is a fun way to enjoy the great outdoors. Parks & Rec will stock the river with 1250 rainbow trout.
Registration begins at 7:00 am. Admission into the derby is $3. Spectators are invited to watch at no charge. Limit one pole per person, please. A fishing permit is required for participants aged 17 and older.
Any trout caught wins a prize; first-come, first-served. Anyone can fish, but anglers must be registered in order to win prizes.
Prizes include fishing rods, tackle boxes, lures, gift certificates, etc.
